WESTRIDEのアーカイブから厳選復刻するデザインはLITTLE ROCK GOLDEN MC。30年代のH-D社カタログにチームオーダー向けの紹介として掲載されていたマニアックなデザインが、ベースボディとの抜群のマッチングを誇る。

V24シリーズ
今季初リリースとなる注目の新作カットソー。

原点回帰でもある「古着」の表情をよりストレート且つ豊かに盛り込んで製作する一枚は16番単糸を吊り編み機でゆっくりと編み上げた丸胴仕上げで提案。

「吊り編み」の名の通り、編み機自体を天井から吊り下げ、糸自体の重さでゆっくりと筒状に編み下げられることから、編み立てられた生地には余計なテンションがかからずに、空気を含んだような柔らかで極上の風合いが生まれます。

１時間で僅か1mしか編むことが出来ないという不効率さ故に大量生産の波に消滅していった、希少な機械を使用した新作になります

若干の斜行が特徴的なボディーは柔らかな着用感で気持ちゆったりとした「ならでは」の着心地を提供します。

Introducing the WESTRIDE “V24-03”.

This design is a carefully selected revival from the WESTRIDE archives, featuring the LITTLE ROCK GOLDEN MC motif.
Originally a niche design showcased in the 1930s Harley-Davidson catalog as a team order example, it perfectly matches the base body used in this new release.

V24 Series

A highly anticipated new cut-and-sew item releasing for the first time this season.
Returning to its roots, this piece faithfully expresses the vintage “worn-in” character in a straightforward and rich manner. It is crafted with a tubular construction using 16-count single yarn, slowly knitted on a rare 吊り編み (tsuri-ami) machine.

As the name implies, the knitting machine is suspended from the ceiling, and the yarn’s own weight slowly knits the fabric into a tubular form without unnecessary tension. This method produces fabric with an exceptionally soft, airy texture and a luxurious feel.

Due to its inefficiency—knitting only about 1 meter per hour—this rare machine nearly vanished in the face of mass production, making this new release truly special.

The slightly skewed body shape is characteristic of this technique, offering a soft, comfortable fit with a naturally relaxed feel.
