▼MANIFORD / マニフォールド マニフォールドより”"最強のベルト”"のご紹介です。 MANIFORD創業当時から10数年間作り続けてきた厚さ7mmの極厚ベルト。 その革も2014年を最後に厚みがとれず途絶えてしまいました。 その革が更に進化して復活します。 極厚ヌメを再鞣しし、革の両側を金属で掴み引っ張り革を鍛え上げる。 国内でたっぷりと時間をかけて鞣された極厚ヌメが、更に時間とリスクのかかる再鞣し工程と伸長工程の二つの工程を経ることによって柔軟に曲がりながらも伸びない強靭な”最強のベルト”の帯になります。 革を引っ張り、鍛え上げる伸長工程により今回の”最強のベルト”の厚み基準は5.5〜5.7mmとなります。 旧7mm厚の極厚ヌメを鍛え上げたヌメ質を是非ご堪能下さい。 ●SIZE：30（80cm）・32（85cm）・34（90cm）・36（95cm）・38（100cm） inch ＊（ ）内は、バックルの内側とピンが交差するところから真ん中の穴までの長さを表記しております。 ●牛ヌメ皮革 ”最強のヌメ”（ピット鞣し） ●帯幅：30mm ●厚さ：5.5〜5.7mm厚 ●真鍮製オリジナルバックル（925 Silver 厚メッキ） ●Hand Sewing ●Polyester 縫製糸 ▼ MANIFORD Introducing the “Strongest Belt” from MANIFORD. This ultra-thick 7mm belt leather has been crafted continuously since the founding of MANIFORD over a decade ago. However, production paused after 2014 due to the unavailability of leather with the same thickness. Now, the leather has evolved and returned. The ultra-thick vegetable-tanned leather undergoes a re-tanning process, then is gripped and stretched with metal on both sides to strengthen and refine it. This domestically tanned leather, which originally took plenty of time to produce, goes through two additional demanding processes: re-tanning and stretching. These make the leather flexible enough to bend smoothly while remaining extremely durable and resistant to stretching — the perfect material for the “Strongest Belt.” Due to the stretching process, the thickness of this “Strongest Belt” is now about 5.5 to 5.7mm.
