ジッパーを開けた時に見える姿は「船の底」に似ており、BOTTOMの名前の由来となりました。

内装はコインケースを中心に左右に分かれて大きなポケット構造になっており、
それぞれカードケースが独立6枚収納になっているので合計12枚の収納が可能です。

さらに、カードケース裏にもポケットがあり、レシートやメモ、少し大きめのポイントカードなどの収納にもお使いいただけます。

おおきな開閉口に加え、ポケット部屋が左右にあるのでお札の仕分けや整理もやりやすくなっております。

Derby、Nature Calfの原皮となる皮革は生後6か月までの仔牛の皮(カーフ)が元となり、
大変希少価値が高く繊維が細かく傷が少ない、肌触りが良く柔らかいといった特徴を持ち合わせています。

そして、細かな凹凸のあるエンボス加工を施すことで繊維がしっかりと締まり、最先端の加工技術によりハリ感を持ち合わせたカーフが出来上がります。

エンボス加工(型押し加工)は型版を熱し、革にプレス加工する事によりキズが付きにくくなり、キズが付いても目立ちにくいといったメリットがあります。
本来の革が持つ性能のみならず、さらに最先端の加工技術を加える事により製造されてる革はさまざまな魅力に溢れた特別な皮革です。

Tanneries HAAS(アース社)・・・1842年にフランス・アルザス地方に居を構える世界最高峰の革を作り続ける老舗のタンナーです。

ドイツとの国境にあり、水が綺麗で自然豊かなこの村は革作りに適しており、創業当初はタンニン鞣し革を専門としていました。
その後クロム鞣しの技術を取り入れ、主に仔牛の革を中心に、様々な種類を生産しています。

現在ではあらゆるスーパーメゾン、ブランドに質の高い革を提供しています。

Tanneries ROUX(ルー社)・・・1803年にフランス・オーヴェルニュ＝ローヌ＝アルプ地方に設立された
大変希少価値の高いカーフ(仔牛)の製造を専門とするタンナーです。

専門的な技術、知識を持ち卓越された伝統技術により高品質な皮革の製造を行っており、
フランスをはじめ世界の名だたる高級ブランドに革製品の皮革を提供しています。

【革のメンテナンスについて】
Derby、Nature Calfのお手入れは革製品用ブラシ(馬毛、山羊毛、豚毛)のある程度硬さのあるブラシで、製品全体にブラッシングを行ってください。

ブラッシングを行うことで肉眼での変わりはあまり分かりませんが、細かな繊維からホコリやチリが除去されます。

普段のメンテナンスはこれを行って頂くだけで十分です。

さらに毎日ご使用頂くなかで革が乾燥してくる、少しさっぱりしているなどがありましたら、クリーム(無色)をキレイな布に少量に取り、
製品全体に良く馴染ませるようにうすく放物線を描くように動かし塗布してください。

そして、柔らかいキレイな布で力やさしく乾拭きを行ってください。

最後に柔らかなブラシでブラッシングを行い、仕上げてください。

※クリーム、オイルなどを過度に塗布する事はお止めください。オイル染みや、カビ、革本来の風合いや性質を損ねる原因となります。

Inside, the wallet is structured around a central coin pocket, dividing the interior into two large compartments.
Each side contains six individual card slots, providing storage for a total of 12 cards.

Additionally, there are pockets behind each card slot section, ideal for holding receipts, notes, or slightly larger point cards.

Thanks to its wide-opening zipper and symmetrical compartment layout, organizing and separating bills becomes easy and efficient.
When opened, the wallet allows full visibility of its contents. The step-style card arrangement ensures that each card is quickly identifiable and accessible.

About the Leather

This exceptional leather is produced by two of France’s most prestigious tanneries:
• Tanneries HAAS (Established 1842, Alsace, France)
Located in a region rich in clean water and nature, HAAS began with vegetable tanning and later adopted chrome tanning.
They now specialize in calf leather and supply top-quality leather to luxury brands worldwide.
• Tanneries ROUX (Established 1803, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France)
A historic tannery known for producing rare and high-value calf leather, ROUX combines traditional craftsmanship with expert techniques to supply leather to many of the world’s leading luxury brands.

The raw hides used for Derby and Nature Calf come from calves under six months old. These hides are extremely rare and valuable due to their fine grain, minimal scarring, and soft, supple feel.

The embossing process compresses the leather fibers, enhancing its firmness and giving it excellent durability.
Embossing also helps conceal any minor scratches that may occur over time, ensuring the leather maintains its appearance with regular use.

Leather Care
• Use a moderately firm brush (horsehair, goat hair, or pig bristle) to gently brush the leather’s surface. While the visual difference may be minimal, this removes fine dust and particles from the leather’s fibers.
• For regular maintenance, brushing alone is sufficient.
• If the leather becomes dry or loses luster over time, apply a small amount of colorless leather cream with a clean cloth in a gentle circular motion.
• Finish with a soft dry cloth and brush lightly for an even polish.

Important:
Do not overapply creams or oils. Over-conditioning can cause stains, mold, and may damage the natural characteristics of the leather.
