▼MANIFORD / マニフォールド マニフォールドより”"最強のベルト”"のご紹介です。 MANIFORD創業当時から10数年間作り続けてきた厚さ7mmの極厚ベルト。 その革も2014年を最後に厚みがとれず途絶えてしまいました。 その革が更に進化して復活します。 極厚ヌメを再鞣しし、革の両側を金属で掴み引っ張り革を鍛え上げる。 国内でたっぷりと時間をかけて鞣された極厚ヌメが、更に時間とリスクのかかる再鞣し工程と伸長工程の二つの工程を経ることによって柔軟に曲がりながらも伸びない強靭な”最強のベルト”の帯になります。 革を引っ張り、鍛え上げる伸長工程により今回の”最強のベルト”の厚み基準は5.5〜5.7mmとなります。 旧7mm厚の極厚ヌメを鍛え上げたヌメ質を是非ご堪能下さい。 ●SIZE：30（80cm）・32（85cm）・34（90cm）・36（95cm）・38（100cm） inch ＊（ ）内は、バックルの内側とピンが交差するところから真ん中の穴までの長さを表記しております。 ●牛ヌメ皮革 ”最強のヌメ”（ピット鞣し） ●帯幅：30mm ●厚さ：5.5〜5.7mm厚 ●真鍮製オリジナルバックル（925 Silver 厚メッキ） ●Hand Sewing ●Polyester 縫製糸 ▼ MANIFORD Introducing the “Strongest Belt” from MANIFORD. This belt features an ultra-thick 7mm leather that MANIFORD has been crafting continuously since its founding over a decade ago. However, production was halted after 2014 due to the unavailability of leather of the same thickness. Now, this exceptional leather has evolved and made a comeback. The ultra-thick vegetable-tanned leather undergoes a re-tanning process and is stretched and reinforced by clamping and pulling the leather with metal on both sides. This meticulous and time-intensive process, done domestically, produces a belt that is remarkably strong yet flexible—it bends smoothly but does not stretch, making it the “strongest belt” material. Thanks to the stretching and reinforcing step, the thickness of this “Strongest Belt” is now about 5.5 to 5.7mm.
