▼ジェラード / JELADO ジェラードより CM47 HBT Baker Pantsのご紹介です。 2024年のテーマは「SPROUT」。 20年前に代表後藤が立ち上げたヴィンテージショップの名前をテーマに、当時に買い付けたVINTAGEアイテムや人気のあった商品を再現し展開していきます。 今回は、米軍が1947年に採用したヘリンボーンツイルを使用したベイカーパンツしっかりと再現しました。 ベイカーパンツはもともと、パン職人（ベーカー）が着用していたことからその名前が付けられたと言われています。 別名でファティーグ（雑役）パンツとも呼ばれ、戦地に赴く際だけでなく、内勤の作業中にも穿かれていたとされています。 M-43パンツの後継として採用されたM-47パンツは、サイドに付く大きなカーゴポケットが廃止され、尿素ボタンが使用されました。 今回のベイカーパンツでは、ヘリンボーンツイルの生地を使用し、2色展開のしっかりとした肉感が特徴です。 当時のヴィンテージヘリンボーンは、撚りに変化を付けることで畝をくっきりとさせた丈夫な生地となっています。 弊社は所有するヴィンテージをもとに染色をスレンで行い、穿きこむごとに色が落ち、ヴィンテージのような経年変化が楽しめます。 少し太めのシルエットにすることで、ジーンズ以外のコーディネートにも非常に使いやすくなっています。 経年変化も楽しめる雰囲気のあるベイカーパンツですので、ぜひお試しください。 ▼ JELADO / CM47 HBT Baker Pants Introducing the CM47 HBT Baker Pants from JELADO. The 2024 collection theme is “SPROUT,” inspired by the vintage shop founded by our representative Gotoh 20 years ago. This theme revisits popular vintage items and reproduces them faithfully. These baker pants are meticulously recreated using the herringbone twill fabric adopted by the U.S. military in 1947. Originally named after bakers who wore them, these pants—also known as fatigue pants—were worn both in combat zones and during office duties. As the successor to the M-43 pants, the M-47 eliminated the large cargo pockets on the sides and featured urea buttons. Our version uses authentic herringbone twill with a firm, substantial feel and comes in two color options. Vintage herringbone is characterized by distinct ridges created through varied yarn twisting, resulting in a durable fabric. We apply slen dyeing based on our vintage archive, allowing natural fading and aging with wear, giving you the classic vintage patina over time. The slightly wider silhouette makes these pants versatile, complementing outfits beyond just jeans.
