「Grown in California」をテーマに

レイドバック感溢れるサステナブルなモノづくり
2006 年、米カリフォルニア州にて創業。どこかノスタルジックなビンテージワークキャップを彷彿とさせる、クラウンに芯を入れないデザインのキャップ。
そして、リサイクルナイロンやヘンプファブリック、オーガニックコットン等のマテリアルを積極的に取り入れ、真摯にモノづくりを展開。
そのカリフォルニア特有のユルさとブレないスタイルの絶妙なバランスが堪らない期待のブランド・・・WELD MFG（ウェルド）。
若干浅めのかぶりでフラットバイザー、バックのストラップは共生地で、金具にブランドロゴが入っております。
少し起毛感のある、柔らかなブラッシュドコットンツイル地を使用。

今回は、コチラとの商品展開。
勿論、初回の今回は・・・ブランドロゴをフェルト仕様にて。
前回/24AW同様に、本当に難攻極めた、3段重ねのフェルトロゴ。
今回も職人さん泣かせの難攻フェルト。

With the theme “Grown in California,”

a laid-back, sustainable approach to craftsmanship.

Founded in 2006 in California, WELD MFG is a promising brand that captures the nostalgic vibe of vintage work caps with a crown design that has no inner structure. They actively incorporate materials such as recycled nylon, hemp fabric, and organic cotton, pursuing sincere, eco-conscious production.

The brand’s unique California-style balance of relaxed ease and unwavering style is truly irresistible.

This cap features a slightly shallow fit with a flat visor. The back strap is made from the same fabric and the metal hardware is engraved with the brand logo. The material is a soft, brushed cotton twill with a slight nap for a cozy feel.

For this release, the brand logo is crafted from felt, just like the previous 24AW season. The logo features a challenging three-layer felt construction — a real tough job for the artisans.
